I can spend time with my family and friends, without worrying about a symptom flare-up.
I went from being stuck in bed, barely able to walk five minutes, to thriving on two-hour hikes!
After years of being on disability leave and attending legal meetings, I am finally free and able to work again.

Many sick, disabled, and chronically ill people refer to themselves as spoonies. “The Spoon Theory” was developed by Christine Miserandino in 2003 to explain what it is like living with a debilitating health condition.
Those who struggle with chronic pain and fatigue need to use spoons (aka units of energy) wisely in order to complete everyday tasks and activities. Many spoonies don’t know how many spoons they will start the day with, and need to plan and pace carefully so that they don’t end up in a symptom flare-up.
Being a spoonie can be extremely isolating, which is why belonging to a community of people who understand your struggles is so important.
Some of the health conditions that previous members have had include, but are not limited to:
ADHD/Autism, Adrenal Fatigue, Anxiety, Binocular Dysfunction, Burnout, Brain Injury (mTBI, TBI), Broken or Fractured Bones, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, Chronic Migraines, Complex Trauma, Connective Tissue Disorders, C-PTSD, CRPS, Depression, Dysautonomia, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Endometriosis, Fibromyalgia, Fluoroquinolone Toxicity Syndrome, Gastroparesis, Hashimotos, HPA Axis Dysfunction, Hypermobility Disorders (hEDS, HSD), IBD, Kidney Disease, Long-Covid, Lupus, Lyme, MCAS, ME/CFS, Multiple Sclerosis, Narcolepsy, Occipital Neuralgia, Pain Syndromes, PMDD, Post-Concussion Syndrome, POTS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Scoliosis, SIBO, Sleep Apnea, Tendonitis, TMJ, Toxic Mold Exposure, Undiagnosed, Vestibular Disorders, Whiplash Associated Disorder, and more!

We also encourage members to show up in pajamas or have screens off if required to rest their eyes. We are a very open and welcoming environment, and encourage everyone to put their health and well-being first.
We understand that TSP™ is a big financial commitment for many. If you didn’t know, we offer a monthly payment plan and our pricing is in Canadian. Plus, we are so confident in our program, that we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you aren’t satisfied.
But most often, the anxiety/fear around enrolling has to do with the fact that you never (or rarely) put yourself first.
The truth is - it is ok to ask for help. You are WORTHY of getting the support you need and deserve.
If you’re still not sure, here are some journal prompts to help you:
How is your diagnosis (or lack of one) impacting your relationships, life, career, finances, and health? How would that change if you had less symptoms and more energy?
Do you have effective strategies and tools to navigate the ups and downs?
Is your current cycle of pushing past your limits until you crash sustainable?
Do you have a supportive community of spoonies that you can turn to for encouragement?
Are you the type of person who would benefit from having accountability and clear action steps?
If you take a deep breath and tap into your intuition, is TSP™ the right fit for you?
Absolutely!
